Gujarat raised the Textile Industry scheme outlay to ₹2,755 crore (~$302.71 mn) for FY27, up from ₹2,000 crore (FY26) and ₹2,036.47 crore (FY25).

Handicraft support increased to ₹48.05 crore (~$5.27 mn) from ₹41.86 crore, plus ₹23 crore (~$2.53 mn) for promotions.

The Budget proposes forming the Gujarat State Export Promotion Council with an allocation of ₹5.90 crore (~$6.48 million) to strengthen export development and market expansion.
